After successful completion of the reservation process, you will receive the hall details as required, the reservation number via WhatsApp, and the reservation receipt containing all the information.
The amount of the deposit varies from one host to another. The deposit is paid at the place before entering and is returned upon departure. After ensuring the safety of the place and applying the agreed policies, the deposit will be refunded. The host is responsible for receiving and returning the security deposit.
Each host has its own cancellation and refund policy. If the policy allows for cancellation and refund, the amount will be refunded within 4 working days. If the policy is "non-refundable", only the deposit will be deducted from you.
